We are safe in our house. We've got the police and the fireman.
Isaac's two new favorite things are his fire truck and his tricycle. He has only been riding his tricycle around for a week and within three days he had steering and pushing down. He is a biker pro.

Brother love.
We had the most amazing visit to the fire station. Fireman Hank let us go in and explore all the different fire and emergency trucks and then took us for a ride in the huge hook and ladder truck. He even offered to drive us to Isaac's daycare to pick him up. Small town living has its perks.


We also visited the Carbondale Police Station. Kai got a badge, but definitely not as cool as the fire station visit.

Tom is our neighbor. Kai keeps an eye and ear out for Tom. Anytime he hears Tom turn on his four wheeler, Kai is out the door like a jackrabbit ready for a ride.
