We will hopefully do two postings this month. We are moving and due to the unknown of when we will have internet set up, we wanted to get something up.
Kai has been such a delight this month. He smiles and laughs more and more. He reaches for everything (especially his dog) and is really into feeling textures of things. He is starting to roll over, not consistently, but he is so close. He is consistently reaching over with his opposite hand now almost flipping him over.
He is now sleeping in his big boy crib every night and I think he may prefer it. He seems to sleep better than he did with his cradle right next to me. Maybe he is just older now. When we put him down for sleep he gives us this big smile, grabs the top of his blanket and pulls it toward his mouth. We sing to him until he is settled, he sucks his thumb and falls asleep. (He does still have his moments of fussiness when going to bed at night, but they are becoming less for now).
We are excited that our son now has the opportunity to grow up in the country. Both Kai and Badger are very excited about all the areas to explore and so are we.
We have lots to be grateful for and lots to look forward to.
