Dear Friends and Family,
November has definitely been a big month. To finish off October, Kai had his first Halloween and was a cowboy. His whole family decided to join him and dress up. We were the cowboy family. On Oct. 31st, Kai's 5 month birthday, we flew to Cozumel Mexico. It was Kai's first flight and considering he was getting two teeth that week and one of them was pushing through that day, he did really well. Kai loved the ocean. He couldn't wait to get his feet, hands, face, etc in the sand. He loved reaching for the waves, going on walks along the beach, looking for shells, and watching his momma and papa snorkel and body surf.
When we got back home, Kai had his first meal of sweet potato and loved every minute of it. He also had his first Thanksgiving, celebrated in Durango, CO with his Nana and Grandaddy from Texas.
Kai enjoys having his Unchi (Grandma Freed) live so close. She is now living in Carbondale. He is looking forward to seeing his Auntie Jessica and Uncle Ashley at the beginning of Dec.
We hope you all had a most wonderful Thanksgiving. We give thanks to having you all in our lives.
