\Wow, to think that this little guy is already two years old blows my mind. What a wonderful journey it has been.
We have been busy, as always. April was a full month. Mary Nell came up and watched Kai with Jeff while Hannah went to a training in Denver. A week later we all flew to Dallas for Grandaddy Jackson's 70th birthday party and Easter. Kai had a blast and caught on very quickly on how to hunt for Easter eggs.
Memorial weekend brought us down to Texas again to sell our beloved yurt and property. We had a wonderful 4 days on the property, renewed our vows (4 years later), threw one last big party and said our goodbyes.
Four days after returning from Austin we had Kai's 2nd Birthday Party. He celebrated with many of his friends out in the backyard.
These past two months Kai has helped put a garden in and build a chicken coop.

Some of his favorites are:
Any machine with wheels - he now knows most of the names and can point them out - dump truck, pickup truck, fire truck, cement truck, excavator, loader, lawn mower and on and on it goes.
He continues to love to swing and read.
His favorite snacks are dates and Pirate's Booty
He loves to pee on the toilet
He is a talker and is now saying 3 word sentences such as: "Kai standing up", "Kai (or mama) be right back", Kai (or mama) get it", So and so "wuv you" and I could go on and on.
It truly amazes me the connections he is making and the words he knows.
